Considerate Comforting Care |
Massage Studio in the Heart of Mount Pleasant |
Why is there such a demand for Massage Therapy?
It is a noninvasive, proactive hands-on approach to care. Too many hours in front of a computer, too many hours on your feet, too many hours driving, a sudden injury or even a stage of life causing aches and pains could make Massage Therapy a good fit for you. The focus is primarily on creating mobility, encouraging circulation and restoring range in muscular and other soft tissues. Massage Therapy can have an impact physically, mentally and emotionally by easing pains, increasing relaxation and equilibrium therefore helping with stress and anxiety. |
I am a family focused massage therapist in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver, catering to the whole family including children.
I graduated 16 years ago from Sutherland Chan in Toronto and currently am registered in BC. I am also a Student Clinic Instructor at the Pacific Coast College of Massage Therapy. As a mom of 2 little kids, I recognize the importance of an inviting place that everyone in the family can feel comfortable in. I believe in a complete and comforting approach to massage therapy. My style involves flow, movement, repetition and depth. I incorporate elements of my cranial sacral training, while remaining true to my firm therapeutic techniques. |
